At POSITALIA, we are building a company culture based on the Italian values of fresh food, family and friends.  Our family-owned and operated business was founded on the mission of feeding our patrons’ bodies and minds by serving fresh, authentic Italian cuisine in a positive, inspiring fast casual atmosphere.

POSITALIA’s Executive Chef, Nina Psarros, is the inspiration behind our homemade recipes. Chef Nina insists on wholesome ingredients, including all-natural chicken and natural beef for our handcrafted meatballs. She takes pleasure in providing a culinary experience that ensures quality, freshness and deliciousness.

We are committed to supporting our local community and having a positive impact on the environment.  POSITALIA’s Wilmington, NC location boasts green elements.  The dining room walls and tables are upcycled heart of pine wood from a tobacco warehouse in Reidsville, NC, reclaimed and refinished by the Reuse Warehouse in Durham, NC.

POSITALIA now offers gluten-free pasta.
